123inkjets remanufactured 18C0031 (#31) photo inkjet cartridges are cost saving alternatives to OEM (genuine) Lexmark 18C0031 ink cartridges. This photo cartridge is ideal for printing better and more vivacious photo images. It replaces your black cartridge in your printer, and offers additional color range. It is 1/3 black, 1/3 light cyan and 1/3 light magenta increasing your range from the basic 4 (black, cyan, magenta, and yellow) to 6 colors. If you print mostly text, however, we recommend you use your black cartridge instead, since this photo cartridge has only a 1/3 of the amount of black and will have to be replaced entirely if you use up all the black, even if the light cyan and the light magenta sections are still full. Refurbished to perfection, our 18C0031 ink cartridges are 100% guaranteed to print beautiful, vibrant images.
Please be aware that due to changes in printer programming the ink levels for this particular cartridge might appear to be low or empty. It is indeed full and will print a full yield.

when i used 1st time it showed cartridge was empty. although if i ignored message by computer it still printed so i don't know if it is empty or not. so i will go along and see if maybe the computer is not registering info properly. In the meantime if you have any suggestions please advise.

Ink worked great in my mom's printer and she did not have any issues at all. Great price and quality ink . I only go to 123ink for my supplies.

WHILE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CARTRIDGE, THE PROBLEM IS IN THE DESIGN OF THE PRINTER. LEXMARK DESIGNS THEM TO NOT READ ANYTHING BUT ORIGINAL CRTRIDGES IF YOU DON'T OWN A LEXMARK DON'T BUY ONE UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF HEADACHE PILLS.

I ordered for the first time and received my cartridges within 3 days. I was very pleased with the quality of each cartridge. I ordered ink for my family and they were also pleased at the prices. I get money put back on my card for using certain companies and for my order I received $30 dollars back on my school credit card. I received a cartridge that I thought was wrong and called customer service and the person who answered was very kind and helpful. I did not have to return she explained how it was interchangable on my printer. This is the company I will be using for buying my ink.
