I was looking for printer ink without paying an arm and a leg for brand name ink. 123InkJets was affordable I have had no issues with the ink. My order was filled and shipped promptly. I have been ordering most of my ink from here now.

I understand that these are refilled and of course you aren't suppose to refill them all the way. I have done it and had local stores do it before. These however had only the slightest amount in them. I installed all four colors (black, cyan, yellow, and magenta) into my printer. The printer checks them and shows they are have some yet warns me to purchase more ink soon. So I proceed to print a test page and do a nozzle cleaning. print a second page and all seems well. I start printing my taxes, Which of course is just standard text throughout the page. After 3 pages the black ink is empty and I can no longer print. I have now purchased a full black from the store so I could finish. Now, without even printing any color I can no longer print because it says I am out of all three colors. These I wouldn't recommend. Complete story, you be the judge.

I've purchased over 50 ink cartridges for my Epson printer from 123Inkjets and saved hundreds of dollars.
Like others have noted, my printer also stopped recognizing a few of the cartridges before they were empty. When it did, I could not get the printer to re-recognize any of them. But those were rare events.
Given the overall cost savings, having a few $7 cartridges stop before being drained dry is a fair trade.
My advice to others is always have a spare on hand.
I was dismayed to find that the printer won't run unless all four cartridges are recognized and available, even when you only need black ink.
I wish Epson would correct this problem. When you're on a deadline you don't want to have to run to Staples to buy an expensive color cartridge just so you can print a black and white document!!!

I ordered all four cartridges for my Epson CX6400 and have not been happy. If I haven't used them in a day or two, MOST TIMES I have to remove the cartridges and shake them and reinstall them, in order for them to work properly.

Sometimes air bubbles can get trapped in the chambers of the cartridge and as a result you will get poor print quality. We do recommend shaking a cartridge and running the print head cleaning but this should not need to be done each time you want to print.
Please give our Customer Service Team a call at 1-888-465-7765 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST so that one of our representatives can assist with sending out a replacement on any faulty product that is within the warranty period.

I have purchased both the color and black cartriges and my epson printer accecpts them with no problem. The price is fantastic and the quality is also. these are a great value. i have been buying them for years, and they are virtually problem free. occasionally, my epson printer says it doesn't recognize the cartridge, and i have to do some fiddling to get it to work; but this is a rare event. it's also great that these are recycled cartridges-saving our landfills from more plastic. and, when i take them to staples to recycle them, i get a $2.00 credit per cartridge. the net cost is pretty cheap!

I've used the black so far. Works great and was immediately compatible with my printer. I'd bought some remanufactured ink off of eBay and some of it was "accepted" by my printer and other cartridges weren't. The ink looks "crisp" to me on the paper...and I only use basic computer paper...nothing super expensive or "thick". Anyway, I'm really happy with the purchase to date. I'll be back. Not worth it to do the eBay "thing" re: ink anymore.
