All three of thecolors Magenta, Yellow, Blue, were not of good quality. They did not perform to printing standards. I have ordered from your site previously with good results.

These cartridges work for awhile and then the chip fails on them and the printer will not recognize them. I've also received on that was leaking in the package. And it takes forever to receive replacements...spend the extra money and buy real Epson cartridges.

The cartridge did not fit in my printer. my printer is an Epson nx400.
It said on the cartridge that it was the one for that particular printer, but the back was constructed differently than the Epson ink cartridge, so it would not fit. The ink started running out of it, so I just threw it away, and paid the extra money for a real epson cartridge. Very dissappointed.

99% of the time Epson remanufactured cartridges will not work in the printer. I have wasted so much money and time in purchasing them. While the company will replace the cartridges, you are still stuck with cartridges that, once again, will not work.
AGAIN, Once you've purchased a remanufactured cartridge, you cannot get a refund.... only a replacement.

LD Cartridges are bad about giving error. "Printer can not recognize cartridge". Ink is not empty and printer will not print anymore. And I can still hear ink in the cartridge. I love the price but I need it to work longer.

This order was fine but in the past the ink inside was either dried out or something caused the printer not to read that it was there. I could not get a cartrige to work. This has happened twice on two different orders.

LD ink cartridges worked about half the time. The printer would stop indicating it’s a non OEM cartridge. After becoming tired of returning defective I returned 6 cartridges. LD said once they are returned they would issue a refund. I am still waiting.

I have had problems with a very few inkjet cartridges purchased from 123Inkjets in the past, but you can not beat the pricing and prompt delivery. From the East coast, I order on Monday and received the order on Friday!

My previous order was the first order I had any trouble with. My EPSON NX415 all in one printer would not recognise the cartridge, while this has happened before, these would not work at all. The ones in a box with LD ink cartridge were the bad ones.

Typically, doing a hard reset by removing the cartridges, unplugging the printer, then plugging it back in and reinstalling allows the cartridges to recognize.
