LD Cartridges are bad about giving error. "Printer can not recognize cartridge". Ink is not empty and printer will not print anymore. And I can still hear ink in the cartridge. I love the price but I need it to work longer.

This order was fine but in the past the ink inside was either dried out or something caused the printer not to read that it was there. I could not get a cartrige to work. This has happened twice on two different orders.

LD ink cartridges worked about half the time. The printer would stop indicating it’s a non OEM cartridge. After becoming tired of returning defective I returned 6 cartridges. LD said once they are returned they would issue a refund. I am still waiting.

I don't remember just how I found this site, but I am so happy that I did! New cartridges generally cost a bundle, but with 123 Inks, that 's what I save! AND the shipping is always prompt.

I have had problems with a very few inkjet cartridges purchased from 123Inkjets in the past, but you can not beat the pricing and prompt delivery. From the East coast, I order on Monday and received the order on Friday!

My previous order was the first order I had any trouble with. My EPSON NX415 all in one printer would not recognise the cartridge, while this has happened before, these would not work at all. The ones in a box with LD ink cartridge were the bad ones.

I have been using your ink for some time and have alway been happy with the results. This time I am having a problem.
When I try to install one of your cartridges I will sometimes get a box that tells me my cartridges are incompatible with my printer. Other times I will get a box that tells me a cartridge is empty when it is a brand new cartridge right out of the box. If I play around pulling them out and putting them back in sometimes the printer will recognize one or the other of them, but not all four at the same time. I have tried reinstalling the software, but it makes no difference.
What I want to know is, why does the printer sometimes recognize the cartridges and sometimes not. I can understand the printer becoming defective, but that would be a permanent condition. This is an on again, off again condition. How can I solve this problem?

123's products are unreliable and are not recognized by my computers . . . occasionally they do work on the first try but I've had to return so many that I've decided to find another supplier for my Epson 9400 fax and HP printers.

1. Please remove all the cartridges from your printer
2. Turn off your printer
3. Unplug the printer from the power outlet and leave it unplugged for about 3 minutes.
4. After the 3 minute wait, plug it back in and turn it back on and reinstall the cartridges.
