This was my second purchase and I believe your company has the best service available. I ordered on a Thursday and hsd my refills on Saturday. Unbelievable. The products perform flawlessly and I will be a customer for life as long as you do not change your mode of operation.

The order arrived quickly and everything was as advertised. The cost of even remanufactured cartridges is still awfully high for the number of pages you get to print, but money doesn't seem to be worth much any more. To operate a printer as rarely as I do, the cost, on an annual basis, is slight.

In the past I have had problems using "off-brand" cartridges. My printer would refuse to recognize them. I had no problems whatsoever with this one. I popped it in the printer, and it worked!

One of the cartridges was leaking upon receipt. Could not use, due to potential damage to printer. I have used 123Inkjets for several years, but this last order was a real dissappointment.

All steps were taken to assure product worked. Printer will not accept. These cartridges are difficult to use. They cause too much time to be consumed just to replace the cartridge. Now we have blacks and magentas that will not work. Very dis-satisfied with the quality of your products!!!

We are sorry to hear about the issue you were having with the printer not recognizing the cartridge. I have included some instructions below which will usually fix recognition problems.
1. Please remove all the cartridges from your printer
2. Turn off your printer
3. Unplug the printer from the power outlet and leave it unplugged for about 3 minutes.
4. After the 3 minute wait, plug it back in and turn it back on and reinstall the cartridges.
If you still have problems please give us a call at 888-465-7765 and we will be happy to assist you.

I have used this company several times and have not been disappointed. I usually receive my product within a couple days from the date of purchase.
Also, a package was delivered in poor condition by the post office once with product missing. All it took was a phone call and my missing items were shipped that day.

The Magenta cartridge could not be recognized by my Epson Stylus CX9400Fax printer. After trying to make it function two days I called for help and a replacement was sent. The replacement is functioning properly.
