Haven't been using this very long, but so far it is performing well and I have NO complaints. I only gave it 4 stars simply because I haven't seen how long I'll be pleased with it.
As fas as shipping goes: the photo paper I ordered was bent when it reached me. Obviously this could be the fault of the handling by shipper, BUT the container was not as protective as I thought it would be. Fortunately, the paper was not destroyed (creased) beyond use.

Works ok now. It took more ink than I think I'd have liked to get it to work really well after placing it in my machine. Received a second email after it was shipped from a source not identified as 123inkjets. My first impression was that I was getting spamed. Didn't like that. Will probably use this online ink company again but notice I said 'probably.'

I opened the package. Inserted tha cartrage in my printer. Ran the test. It said low on ink. Very disappointed this should not happen. I'll never use them again. What a waste time and money.

I've been using 123inkjets products for a couple of years and find the quality to be equal to OEM products. I have 4 personal printers and two more at work that I use these products in everyday. The value is also fantastic with 123inkjets running Free Shipping specials so often I rarely pay for shipping. The only issue is that the ink level monitor on the printers does not work with remanufactured cartridges but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize the ink is getting low when the prints begin to get light. With the value of the cartridges, it's easy to keep a spare on-hand. Great value & quality.

The only problem I have ever had with these remanufactured cartridges is my Canon MP470 doesn't acknowledge the new cartridge. The printer software displays that they are empty.

Absolutely no problems with the re-man. Popped it in, printed a test page, perfect. Price could be a little lower for a re-man, but still a good value.
