THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE ORDEDRED FROM 123 INKJETS. FIRST TIME WAS FINE. SECOND TIME BLACK IS OK, BUT COLOR IS NOT. COLOR IS FADED, LOOKS WASHED OUT.

Thank you for your order with us! I apologize for the trouble that you are experiencing and any inconvenience it may have caused! It sounds like the printhead on the cartridge may have gone dry. It's not common, but the ink can settle during storage. I do have a quick and simple technique that you can try to get the ink flowing. I think it's worth a try:
1. Open the box and stand the cartridge upright for a few minutes before using.
2. Get a damp paper towel (use hot water), fold it into quarters and sit the cartridge print head down onto it.
3. Hold the cartridge down to the damp paper towel for three minutes. This will help pull the ink out of the print heads, priming them and getting them ready to print.
4. Drag the cartridge across the paper towel a few times so that you see streaks of ink.
5. Once installed, run the print head cleaning cycle. You may have to run this 2-4 times before printing quality is re-established. All of our products are backed by a 100% guarantee for one full year!

I have been purchasing ink from 123Inkjets for some years now. Its always good ink is reasonably priced and arrives in 2-3 days. I hate buying ink so I find this the easiest and cheapest for me....
