In the past I had a problem with the ink/printer. Customer service was very helpful and worked with me until the problem was resolved. They also sent replacement ink cartridges where needed and they arrived quickly. With this kind of customer service, I will continue to purchase from this company.

The color of the ink is very close to the Genuine Canon inks. Where it may not be perfect is in the longevity of the prints. It does not appear to be the same chrome inks used by Canon. This makes this ink fine for all but the most critical applications.

This inkjet ink is well worthy of using in place of the OEM ink. It prints whenever you want to use it without drying up after a couple of pages or after a time of non-use. The cartridge itself is well made and I have never had a leaker. Shipment is always rapid. (This review applies to all colors for all my printers.)

I would have rated it excellent but one cartridge didn't work because of a bad chip. When I called about the problem, I did get excellent service for replacement of the bad cartridge. Other shipments were never a problem.

I bought the manufacturer ink at first, then switched to 123Inkjets ink. The only difference is the price, 123Inkjets is way cheaper.

I have ordered from 123 Inkjets before with mixed results. This time all three of the cartridges I ordered have worked as expected. The chips have worked and the lights have come on in the printer, the cartridges did not leak all over the inside of the printer. I can say the quality of the product has definitely improved and I would order from them again.

For the first time since I have been purchasing from 123 Inkjets, this time when I went to install the cartridge, it was so full I had to blot the opening with s tissue to keep the ink from coming out. I have never encountered this before. Assume it wasover

I've used 123 Inkjets products for years and have found all colors to work fine. BUT, be careful when preparing to load the cartridge into the printer. Keep the cartridge in the upright position when removing the celephane, air hole wrapping. Ink sometimes leaks out if you turn the cartridge up-side-down. Price is Right!.

The LD Cartridge is great except for one problem. The problem is when you get ready to insert the cartridge, ink has collected in the output hole and leaks on the desk or papers. This problem does not exist with the manufacturers product.
My solution is to open the cartridge upside down and us a paper towel and remove the excess ink before placing the cartridge into the printer. Once in the printer, I have not experience any problems with the cartridge.
One other thing, I learned from experience that you have to make sure all the tape is removed from the vent hole on the top of the cartridge or the cartridge will not work.

I have been purchasing from 123Inkjets for over two years now. I have only found one problem and that was the hole in the top of a cartrage was not big enough.
