I have bought other toners that I like from here. This one, (maybe me) didn't perform -- it skipped even after nozzle check & clean. I went and bought a replacement in the name brand at an office supply store which worked after nozzle check and clean performed. The blue and magenta are fine, just had issue with black.
No, I do not recommend this product.

For these cartridges, sometimes multiple printhead cleanings are needed in order to get the cartridge to work. After trying a couple of printhead cleanings, if you find that you are still not satisfied with the cartridge, please call our customer service agents and they can assist you with a refund. I gave it a 4 in quality because my printer questions me if I want to continue with a non genuine cartridge. Of course I do. Received my order in a timely manner. No fuss, no muss. Can't tell any difference in print quality from factory cartridge. Seems to last as long as factory. All for about 40% less than factory. Good value

Honestly I have been pretty disappointed with these cartridges. in the past I have found 123inkjets' cartridges to be generally reliable and of good quality. However I have had nothing but trouble with these. I typically order a large stock at once (4-5 cartridges per color at a time). WIth these I have had several cartridges fail right out of the box or, in a couple of cases, stop printing shortly thereafter. i have also had at least two where the printer said it couldn't recognize the cartridge. Unfortunately I am unable to recommend this product (either the black or the colored cartridges).

123 Inkjets has the "best" prices on the internet....and I've searched them all!
I use my printer alot, and I can tell you that saving money on printer cartridges can make a *big* difference. I refuse to pay the outrageous prices that the local business stores try to get....it's just not right.
I'm glad I found out about 123 Inkjets! Thanks for the good service and quality products. I will be back for more.
