I nornally order a set of cartridges at a time but since the was a sale on a bundle of 14 cartridges and I've never had any problems previously I decided to go with the sale. Once I received the bundle 3 of the cartridges were defective and had to be sent back.
Customer service was very nice in arranging to send out 3 cartridges immediatley to replace the decfective one and sending a pre-paid envelope for me to send back the defective one.
I would have given a higer rating if it not had been for the bad cartridges. I wonder are they tested before mailing out to customers?

When I received product I installed into printer. 3 of the cartridges were either empty or not recognized by my printer. I replaced with another one and so far it seems to be working ok. I am still recommending these cartridges on value alone and not on quality.

I have been purchasing these cartridges for a
few years from this site, and don't have any
plans to stop doing so. The offer superb value
to their customers. The only problem that I have
is when replacing the cartidges, I have to reset
my printer several times, take the cartridges in
and out a few times, etc... to get them to print
properly. But with the money I save buying
them from 123Inkjets, I don't mind that every
couple months I have to spend an extra few
minutes doing some 'reprogramming'. If this
issue could be solved, they would get an
excellent rating for sure!!!

I was a little wary since these were reused cartridges but I needed all the colors at once so I took a chance. The new inks seem to be working just fine and the printer is back in operation. The multiple pack is a really good buy.

I'm giving this 5 stars in all categories, but, in all fairness, I must admit I haven't used the product yet because I ordered them to have on hand for when I did need them. They arrived promptly, were well-packaged, and look good, but I can't say how well they work because I haven't needed to replace the existing cartridges. Sorry.
