The black ink cartridge would not work with the Epson color cartridge

We do have a 1 year warranty on all of our cartridges and would be more than happy to replace any defective cartridges. Would you please call into our customer service team at 888-465-7765? They would like to try a simple trouble shooting method that might fix this problem, and if not, again we would be more than happy to send you a replacement or process a refund within the 1 year warranty.

As usual, my refills were perfect. I have put them in and been printing away without a hitch!!! Thanks for providing good quality refills, and do not change that!!!!

I've purchased several ink cartridges from here and have been very happy with the products. The quality of the ink is equal to what you'd buy in the but for far less money. I will be buying all my ink cartridges from here in the future.
