my epson printer would not accept the remanufactured cartridges
so this was a waste of money good thing they weren't that exspensive, so lessen learned. Had to go out and buy epson cartridges anyways.

Although I have used many of these inkjet cartridges in the past, my latest purchase of a T207 color cartridge required me to go to the local store and purchase an expensive replacement.
This new cartridge, for the first time from this supplier, although indicating full, could not print any blue. The reds and yellow were fine, but I only got a blanks in place of the two blues.
No, I do not recommend this product.

All of our products are covered under a one year warranty from the time of purchase. If the print quality is bad try to run multiple print head cleaning cycles. You can conduct this function from the "utilities" that comes with the printer. To get there press File > Print for the print window to open. Then press "preferences." The print head cleaning will be listed in the "Utilities" tab. Run this a few times to clear the print head. You may also hold down the button with the "ink drop" next to it for three seconds. If this false please do not hesitate to call (888) 465-7765 and a representative will be able to provide you with replacements. A return label will be sent along with the replacements to send back the faulty ones for quality assurance.

Hoping for the best but got the worst. Cartridges did not perform, and the end result was that instead of buying more of these, it was easier and cheaper to simply buy a new printer. Quality was unacceptable. Threw the replacements and the printer away. Company has a lot of making up to do before I buy from them again.

I wish I could give these a good review, but I ended up throwing them away. Each cartridge had a different color missing, but none of them would print all colors correctly.

We are sorry to hear the cartridges are not printing. Sometime the ink can clog up. Usually running a print cleaning on your printer will clear up this problem. If a print cleaning does not work, please give us a call at 888-465-7765 for further troubleshooting. If we are unable to get the ink cartridges to work a return for a replacement or a refund can be set up.

I have had great sucess with your remanufactured ink cartridges. I have ben buying from 123 Inkjets for four or five years and have had only one defective cartridge. 123 Inkjets gladly replaced my one defective unit and that service and the unbeatable price is what keeps me coming back and also, why I have recomended 123 Inkjets to dozens of friends, family members and customers.

The brand name ink jets are much more expensive. 123Inkjets seems to work as well as the brand name which is helpful to me since i am on a low fixed income.
