Ended up with an old hand me down printer. I didn't want to spend a fortune trying to find compatible ink, and these refurbished ones are terrific. Has worked every time! Even with our other fancy printer I don't have to spend a fortune on ink anymore!

I bought this cartridge, but at first it did not work in my old printer. After talking to a rep about this problem, she told me to unplug the printer, it resets itself, and now the printer works just fine. Thanks for the tip;.
