Printed less than 20 pages before problems started.When I removed printer did't recognize it anymore. Had to throw away and use another cartridge

If you ever have any trouble with any of our porducts please give us a call at 1-888-465-7765 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST before throwing anything away. We have troubleshooting which we can offer or if none is available we can set up to have any faulty product replaced for one full year from the date of purchase.

Black cartridge ran out of ink after printing 4 sheets of paper, color cartridge had leaked in the package so i cleaned it up and installed it. colors on output were horrible, dull, yellow looked liked someone colored the output with a day-glo green sharpie.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having some difficulty with our cartridge. With these cartridges it is typical for the printer to display inaccurate ink levels because we are unable to reset the chip. However your cartridge is completely filled and will print the maximum capacity. To help with the print quality of the color cartridges, there is a simple troubleshooting technique that will help.
1) Set the cartridge upright for 20-30 minutes.
2) Dampen a paper towel with hot water and fold it into quarters.
3) Place the cartridge on the warm paper towel for 2-3 minutes
4) Drag the cartridge across the paper towel a few times until you see streaks of ink
5) Reinstall the cartridge and run at least 2 print head cleanings
If that does not work, please call our customer service agents and they can set up a replacement for that cartridge. Our agents can be reached at 888.465.7765 M-F 6am-6pm PST and Sat 7am-4pm PST.

When I print the black and the color doesn't come out proper, as in it acts like I am running out of ink when I just put in a new cartridge. It also states Im low on ink! I'm very upset due to the fact when I print it comes out like the ink is almost out.

Although our printer will not track ink levels, our cartridges will print beautifully from start to finish. The easiest remedy is to open the box and stand the cartridge upright for a few minutes before using. Then get a damp paper towel (use hot water), fold it into quarters and sit the cartridge print head down onto it. Hold the cartridge down to the damp paper towel for three minutes. This will help pull the ink out of the print heads, priming them and getting them ready to print. Drag the cartridge across the paper towel a few times so that you see streaks of ink. Once installed, run the print head cleaning cycle. You may have to run this 2-4 times before printing quality is reestablished. If that doesn't work please call 888-465-7765, we can set up replacements with a return label and get back the faulty one at no cost to you.

The black cartridge did not work The printer continued to indcate "replace cartridge". Apparently the cartidge did not nave any "ink" in it. I reported this to your company and they immediately replace the cartridge, no questions asked. This is good company policy which has motivated me to continue to do business with you. The kodak cartridges I also purchased appear to be ok, but I have reservations regarding the purchase of this printer. There are better ones available and when it comes time to replace the printer I am sure it will be a different brand.

have purchased this product in the past with no problems. This time I put in brand new cartridge, printer said "black ink low and I could not print anything.

Lexmark ink cartridges have a sensor that reports the ink level as low once it reaches a certain level. Unfortunately the sensor cannot be reset. If you refill an ink cartridge that previously reported low ink, it will print fine but the sensor will always report low ink. Please give us a call at 888-465-7765 anytime you have any other problems with your cartridge as they are covered under our one year guarantee from the date of purchase.

Haven't tried the one I just purchased, but the last one I bought works just fine. The Lexmark level says LOW but I have printed approx. 100 CD labels so far
