The service was good as far as receiving the product but the product is not satisfactory. Both the color cartridge and the black cartridge print so lightly it is hard to see the printed sheet. Very dissatisfied. Will not order again.

The products arrived quickly and print well;however,the ink levels do not show full on the lexmark printer and require resetting before each print command.

Was not compatible with the Lexmark x3650 at all. The printer would not print and kept showing error message.

I use to use 123 inkjet company but forgot the name and accidentally used a competitor instead and got terrible cartridges and they would not respond to my e-mails or exchange for good ones. When I looked online for reviews of that other company they were terrible. Then I found an old statement from inkjet and I again ordered from them. The cartridge worked fine, it arrived quickly, and I already know that their customer service is top rate. That is why I am taking the time to let others know how happy I am with 123 inkjet.

For some unknown reason the Lexmark Reman. #33 color ink cartridge (18c0033)
would not work with my X2690. tried everything but no luck. All of my other purchases have been fine until this one.
Only thing I can think of is that maybe a mistake on the cartridge circuit, maybe?

At times the printing companies will send firmware’s or updates that may prevent third party cartridges from working. We have ways to override error messages and get the cartridge working with your printer. If we are unsuccessful we can send you replacements with a return label and get back the faulty one at no cost. Please call 888-465-7765 and a representative will be able to assist you.

I was pretty disappointed when I used this. When I printed out anything in color it came out sketchy. You could see lines running across the page. Plus the color came out so faded and light. The black cartridge works fine, but the color one is not worth it. I would not recommend it.

I am sorry to hear you are having quality issues with our cartridge. Usually running a print cleaning on your printer will clear up any type of quality issue you may experience. If running a print cleaning does not work, please get a a damp paper towel, fold it into quarters and sit the cartridge print head down onto it. Hold the cartridge down to the damp paper towel for three minutes. This will help pull the ink out of the print heads, priming them and getting them ready to print. If neither of these methods work, please give us a call at 888-465-7765 as we have a one year guarantee on all our cartridge for a replacement or refund.

Same as the black ink, I put in brand new cartridge and printer said "color ink low", and I could not print anything.

Lexmark ink cartridges have a sensor that reports the ink level as low once it reaches a certain level. Unfortunately the sensor cannot be reset. If you refill an ink cartridge that previously reported low ink, it will print fine but the sensor will always report low ink. Please give us a call at 888-465-7765 anytime you have any other problems with your cartridge as they are covered under our one year guarantee from the date of purchase.

Hi... Most of all I like the price, very reasonable, the NO shipping was also a plus. As of yet I have not tried any of the ink purchased but I will soon. I saved $10.00 on each on 4 black purchased and $12.00 on 3 color purchased. That is Walmart prices.
