When I installed this cartridge, the supply chart showed it to be empty. the printer would not run. Reinstalled, the same condition persisted. I installed a cartridge from another supplier and the supply showed full and the printer printed. Another cartridge in the shipment, yellow, was also empty. and had to be replaced.

I have had to get replacements for this cartridge(Magenta) and I have thrown away three more of this color because the ink would not print on my Epson RX620. This is the only color I have ever had a problem with. All other were good!

The order arrived on time but when i installed the cartridge it showed the cartridge was only 1/4 full. The black cartridge that i also installed was full. Don't know if i will reorder from this company. Depends on the other 5 cartridges.

I have been getting my ink from 123 inkjets for many years and I absolutely love them! I have never had a problem with any ink I have ordered from them! I would definetly recommend them 100%!!
