I just installed my black ink into the printer and printed maybe 6 sheets and the ink is already empty on my first cartridge. VERY disappointed

I am happy to say that this company is really affordable and offers even better savings during the year for its products. Its products work well in my multi function printer and I wouldn't think of getting my ink supplies any where else. I tell all my friends about this company when they ask for a reference about ink and cost... I can't say the quality is any different than named brands and all the ink comes out perfectly without any problems. IT IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM, HOWEVER EVERY TIME I GET THE INK THE BOXES A SOMEWHAT CRUSHED. IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE INK, HOWEVER, PACKING SHOULD BE NOTIFIED TO USE MATERIAL TO KEEP THE CARTRIDGES SAFE.

I purchased the ink on line to save. It was more reasonable then a big box retailer with reasonable delivery. Just allow a few days for mailing so your printer is down. Quality seems fine so far.
