I have been using 123 Inkjets cartridges for probably at least ten years and have never had a problem; however the last two yellow cartridges I have used will not print at all. I get no yellow color. The last black cartridge that I installed this week is giving very poor print even to the point that it is not printing at all. I have to run a cleaning before it will start printing again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with our cartridges. Usually running a print cleaning will clear up any problems on these cartridges. You may also want to try shaking up the cartridge. You can do this by taking out the problem cartridges, getting a paper towel to cover up the nozzle of the cartridge and shacking Them. This will spread the ink out in the cartridge so it can print out correctly. If you continue to have issues please give us a call at 888-465-7765 for further assistance.

The compatible ink cartridge doesn't clog up the print heads like some others have. It also gives the same print quality as the name brand. Very happy with this product.
