I have used a Lexmark printer for several years. I work from home (for a Performance Improvement/Quality Department), do a lot of printing that required frequent runs to the local store to pick up ink cartridges. The cartridges I have ordered from 123 INK (Lex #34 black) last significantly longer, excellent quality ink, costs much less, easy to order & arrived at my home very promptly! I highly recommend this site & will continue to use it myself.

I was excited to find a more cost effective printer ink solution. BUT, my printer will not recognize the recommended replacement and I am stuck.

The product seems fine. I had a little trouble figuring out how to get the outside protection off, but I managed. My only problem with this product is the fact that my computer tells me everyt ime I want to print something that this product does not meet my warranty guidelines. Then it tells me my ink reservoir is low. I cancel those and go on, and it prints fine, just takes a lot more clicking!

The number of cartridges that you get for the price can't be beat. I bought the Kodak printer because of the cartridge price I paid for other printers. But you even eceeded the price I was quoted when I purchased thr printer. They work very well.

My printer would not recognize the cartridge. It showed the level of ink was empty but let me print a few pages, then would not let me print anymore and gave me some kind of error. I could not get the cartridge to work at all anymore and had to go out and buy a new one. I am sending the old one back for a refund.
I do have another remanufactured cartridge in another printer and it works perfectly, however.

Unfortunately, my printer did not recognize the cartridges, I returned them for a full refund which I am waiting for.

I received my order via USPS in less than five days, which is excellent. The cartridge looked new, and I have printed about 150 pages so far and the quality is as good as or better than an original OEM Lexmark cartridge. I ordered a high yield color cartridge at the same time and it too has performed excellent. I'm always looking for ways to save a little money on printing materials because I use my printer a lot and before I ordered this cartridge I was skeptical about the quality of a remanufactured product, but I am pleasantly surprised and recommend to anyone to order these remanufactured cartridges from 123 Inkjets with confidence.
