This products has been great. Makes many copies, and the price is one of the best you can find. Don't pay for genuine Lexmark, or buy at an office supply store in your city.They will charge you much more. The quality is the same as theirs.

Not a good product from this company. 30% (at least) failure rate. They dont seem to be replacing the seals. Dump toner into printers.

I am sorry to hear you were having so many problems with our cartridges. This is a very big issue for our company as we typically only have a 2% defective rate and and an item that has this big of an issue needs to be looked at. If you ever have a problem with our cartridges please feel free to give us a call toll free at 888-465-7765 for some free troubleshooting. If we can not get it to work for you we will either issue out a replacement or set up a return for a refund.
